This is raw fudge, with Maca and Macadamia nuts, from Matthew Kenney’s book “Raw Chocolate”. It’s still setting up, so I haven’t tried it yet. I like how Mr. Kenney encourages you to change things a bit to suite your tastes. I could add any nuts, or peppermint or orange flavorings.
