Ok, so here is my version of Matthew Kenney’s “Black-and-white cookies”. The black being a rich chocolate glaze, and the white being a coconut glaze. I was too lazy to do the coconut glaze. My apologies, Mr. Kenny. The recipe is from his Everyday Raw Desserts book, which is amazing, as are all of his books.
